Join Our Rivermead Inclusive Trust Staff Pool

Rivermead Inclusive Trust is always keen to work with committed, skilled and inclusive professionals who share our values and our ambition for children and young people.

We are developing a Trust‑wide staff pool to support our schools with high‑quality teaching and classroom support, both on a short‑term and longer‑term basis. We welcome enquiries from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers and practitioners who are interested in working across our family of schools and making a positive difference within an inclusive Trust.

In addition, we are always interested in hearing from high‑quality professionals in other roles across our schools, including teaching assistants, office‑based staff and site staff. We would also welcome expressions of interest from individuals who wish to support our schools through a governance role.
