The Rivermead Inclusive Trust is a family of three schools providing excellence in education enabling young people to progress and have every life opportunity to the very best of their ability in a complete holistic way.

RIVERMEAD SCHOOL

Rivermead is a community special school and is part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust.

Rivermead School is for young people aged 11 to 19 years with a range of complex needs. Our specialism is in Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Asperger’s Syndrome.

All school enquiries must be made to the school office (Mrs Brown or Mrs Wilson) between Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Triple R

Triple R

 

Rivermead Routes for Reintegration (Triple R) is based in Parkwood, Kent and is an extension to Rivermead School; part of the Rivermead Inclusive Trust.

Triple R is a provision for young people aged 11 to 19 years with a primary need of Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.

Luton Primary School

 

Luton Primary School is a three form entry school for children aged 3 to 11 years situated in the residential area of Luton in Chatham. We are very proud of the children and all their achievements and recognise that each and every person who is involved in the school; both children and adults thrive and enjoy the experience of being here.

ROCC

Launched in February 2016, Rivermead Outreach Community Challenge (ROCC) offers respite activities during school holidays for young people aged 12-18 years with a variety of learning difficulties.

As part of our respite care, young people will have the opportunity to develop their life skills through cooking, shopping and independent travel activities all supported by highly trained support workers.

Young people will have the chance to experience and develop both new and existing skills through a variety of activities centered on their individual needs, abilities and interests.

The programme becomes more adventurous every year, ensuring it supports and engages all of those who access with us. We take pride in the expertise of our staff, the opportunities we can provide and ROCC ethos continually growing through passion and enthusiasm to ensure outstanding care is experienced by both the young people who attend and their families.

ROCCstars


Launch Date: May 2019

Location: Rivermead Routes to Reintegration (RRR), Long Catlis Road, Gillingham

ROCCstars run a provision for primary aged children 5-11 years old. The programme of activities always boasts exciting opportunities both with activities run onsite from our base and offsite adventures taking young people to many different places.

ROCCon 

Launch Date: February 2020

Location: Rivermead Routes to Reintegration (RRR), Long Catlis Road, Gillingham

ROCCon provides care for young people aged 17+

ROCCon will be offering its own unique programme to cater for the young adults in our care, providing opportunities that promote positive self-esteem in adulthood, learning of life skills at different levels and continued growth.

Walderslade Primary School

Walderslade Primary School

Our school is a one-form entry primary school, situated in the heart of Walderslade. There has been a school on the site for over a hundred years, however the current school was only built in 2012, winning an award for its design.
