CPD
As a Trust we strongly believe that the best way to improve the quality of Teaching and Learning within all of our schools is to invest in our number one asset, our staff!
We are driven by the desire to provide the very best CPD opportunities that we can for all staff and where possible ‘grow our own’ future leaders. So, staff are aware of what CPD is available we have a CPD menu which goes out to all staff so they can contact their school CPD lead should they wish to access any of the training and or whether leaders within the school would like to direct staff towards certain CPD opportunities. This menu is supplemented regularly through signposting through our Trust CPD Lead.
We aim to keep our CPD relevant and current by updating our CPD booklet on a regular basis so you are able to access the latest opportunities all in one place.
