I was born in Northern Ireland and moved to England in August 1990 to begin teaching. I have been married for nearly 38 years and have 2 children aged 34 and 28. I love animals and have 1 dog, a 1 year old Fox Red Lab and 2 cats aged 4 and 3. I enjoy reading, cooking and running.
I have been a headteacher for 19 years and worked recently with schools in category as an interim head in London. I am currently the Principal of an Academy in Clacton- on -Sea, Essex which was in Special Measures when I joined in September 2020.
