Sue joined Rivermead Inclusive Trust in December 2025 and is the PA to the CEO Tina Lovey. With over 17 years of experience in education, she brings a wealth of administrative expertise, strong organisational skills and a genuine passion for supporting schools and the people who work within them.

Her career in education began in a boys' secondary school, where she worked as an administrator before progressing to Office Manager. Prior to moving into education, Sue enjoyed a successful career in the professional services sector. She worked for a chartered surveying firm before moving into the legal profession, supporting senior partners at both a leading City of London law firm and a prestigious American law firm. In her role as PA to a corporate Partner who later became Managing Partner, Sue had the opportunity to travel internationally, including to Ghana, Greece and Azerbaijan.

Following the birth of her children, Sue chose to pursue a career in education, finding great fulfilment in supporting school communities and helping to make a positive difference for children and young people. She values building strong relationships, supporting leaders to achieve their goals and contributing to an environment where everyone can thrive.
