Chloe Brown is a dedicated educator with extensive experience across primary schools, having pursued her dream of teaching from an early age. After finishing her teacher training at Canterbury Christchurch she spent a number of years developing her expertise within the class whilst leading on various subjects within schools. Specialising in phonics and English, she has honed her skills in guiding children through their literacy journey at every age level. Chloe is an example of our 'internal growth' model, having joined the Trust as an assistant headteacher and now leading as Head of School at The Academy of Woodlands. Chloe believes in nurturing both academic and character development, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in an inclusive learning environment that prepares children for their next stage in life.
