Having studied Core Business Management Skills Warren’s early career was in construction including project work for air conditioning in London. Warren also worked at the Boat Show, various football grounds as well as the Oval in sales and customer service. Following this Warren joined Royal Mail and was part of the team to re-design the office, organise the ‘Customer and You’ project and completed training and trained others to be highly effective in customer focus. He worked alongside the planning team for the complete re-structure/revision of the sorting office which involved the productivity of mail and new ways of working for the workforce. The impact of this was a health and safety drive for the prevention of postal workers carrying heavy work duty.

Warren joined the Trust in January 2018 following his 27 years in Royal Mail. He used his communication skills effectively when dealing with all staff members within the Trust. He prides himself on having a great relationship with all his site teams and has built a very strong team across the Trust. Warren works closely with the CFO ad Head of HR ensuring that the Trust has economies of scale. Warren was pivotal in the CIF bids and oversaw a 3.6million project to replace roofing and other significant areas to aid Health and Safety.

Warren is qualified in Facilities Management which includes Health and Wellness at Work, Critical Thinking, Facilitation skills and Business Succession Planning. He is also trained in Managing Workplace Anxiety and Developing Corporate Behaviour.
