Hollie joined the Rivermead Inclusive Trust in 2020 coming from over 10 years experience in a corporate background of business, Finance, legal and Insurance. 
She decided to take the leap into the Educational Sector to put her Knowledge, experience and qualifications into improving the Trust Finances to benefit the children across our Trust. Hollies strength in financial business management has been seen with the overall centralisation of our services and the Trust to move to GAG Pooling in 2022. This has ensured complete economies of scale which has ensured more money has gone into resources of educational equipment and resources for our children. Hollie ensures 'best value for money' abiding by the Academy Trust Handbook and exercises daily the NOLAN principles. Hollie has been instrumental in recent Academies and Schools joining the Trust, leading projects for growth, securing CIF funding, and a robust Audit. Hollie has the children in the heart of every decision and new initiative she brings in, ensuring the Trust remains in a strong Financial position and sustainability for the future.
