Leadership

Paul Dadson is currently Director of School Improvement having previously been Strategic Lead for Teaching and Learning within the Rivermead Inclusive Trust. He was previously Headteacher in a one form primary school within the Trust for four years in Medway. Paul has been in Education now for over 27 years having started his teaching career in another school within Medway back in 1997. He has fulfilled several roles throughout his career including class teacher, subject lead, key stage lead, assistant head and deputy head before taking on his headship and current Trust based role. He completed his BA(Ed) along with History and has undertaken much training on his teaching journey. He currently holds both the NPQH and NPQEL qualifications.

Paul has a particular interest and passion in the areas of school improvement and wellbeing and aims to utilise these within his current role.

He is currently on the governing body at another local school and is currently Vice Chair of the board where he looks forward to giving something back to the local community and doing his very best to add his experience to the board. Outside of the work environment Paul has a keen interest in fitness and sport and has spent a number of years involved in coaching local football teams within his local community.
