Kerri is originally from Belfast where she graduated from Queens University with a PGCE teaching qualification in Sociology. Prior to this, Kerri undertook a Bsc Hons Degree in Sociology at the University of Ulster.  Kerri has also achieved her NPQH qualification in 2017.
Over the past 20 years Kerri has worked in several different schools and in a variety of capacities, including Headteacher, Director of School Improvement and Deputy CEO at the Rivermead Inclusive Trust.
Kerri is passionate about supporting children, particularly those with barriers to learning. She is incredibly dedicated to working in Medway and enjoys living in Kent. 
Kerri considers herself fortunate to be able to initiate and drive improvements which directly impact on improving children's life chances, through sound educational provision. Kerri understands first-hand the importance of education and the benefits it can bring. She is fully committed to ensuring that all children receive the highest possible standards in education so that they may have every opportunity to fulfil their potential. 
Kerri has a proved track record of school improvement and has successfully led and supported schools in the Trust through many successful Ofsted visits.
Kerri has a talent for coaching others and has always been keen to develop the performance of those around her though rigour, challenge and support and above all else an open and honest approach.
